SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy For In-Stock Items
All items indicated to be in-stock are usually shipped on the same day if the order is placed and paid for before 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time (PT). In-stock items orders received after 1:00 P.M. PT may be shipped on the following business day. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse, and it will provide the tracking number for your shipment. Standard shipping for orders within the United States is two to three (2-3) business days via USPS Priority Mail. Buyer understands that Beyond Clean is not responsible for lost, stolen, non-delivered, or miss-delivered packages and that once an order
leaves Beyond Clean’s facility care and responsibility becomes that of the mail carrier.
Out-of-Stock Policy
As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to notify you by email immediately that your order will be placed on back order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within three (3) business days.
Attention International Customers:
International Buyer assumes ALL responsibility for Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees applicable upon importation. All fees are based on the total amount purchased. Please see here (http://international.dhl.ca/exp-en/express/customs_support/duties_taxes.html) for further information. Beyond Clean will not authorize a refund for the product and/or
shipping costs for packages that are denied upon receipt or returned by the
International carrier. Orders that are abandoned are not eligible for any refund.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY’S
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you
received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from
shopbeyondclean.com can be returned. The item must be returned in its original
packaging and a copy of the original receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@beyondclean.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders are non-returnable and are non-refundable. Returns that are open and/or used are not eligible for a full refund. Beyond Clean products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Go ahead and return your current item-once it’s approved, just place a new order for the one you want. It’s the quickest way to get it in your hands.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, your items will be inspected according to our standard process. You’ll be notified when your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment
method for the product price, minus return shipping costs. Please note that
shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or
credit card provider. A valid receipt is required for all refunds.
